An outstanding welcoming Dental PracticeWhat what can I say – Bromley Park Dental, in my eyes, is a one off Dentist in our area. I have for some months now become really anxious about visiting the… dentist, but not any more. My regular Dentist Dr Eimear Neilan, is the best, she really puts you at ease and never rushes you explaining everything as she goes along. I feel like I have known her for ages a really smiley and happy and nurturing gentle dentist. I have also had the pleasure (well if you would call it that as he extracted my tooth) of having Dr Veeren Gupta and his lovely assistant Lizzie when I had my tooth out. I was very anxious and they completely put me at ease instantly explaining everything step by step and nothing was a problem, and before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn’t even feel it. They are the best! I also have Pauline Christy as my hygienist and again she is a one off. Again she is gentle and nurturing and allows me time to have a break if it gets too much. I would also like to mention the lovely Molly on reception. I called to say I would be a few minutes late and she said if she wasn’t busy she would have laid in one of the parking spaces for me until I got there 😂. They are all extremely professional and welcoming and friendly. Dr Neilan is the best Dentist I have ever had. She is always very thorough and offers me advice and support and is very gentle which I appreciate. The Reception staff are always very welcoming.

I was very anxious about having a tooth extraction it being 60 years or so since the last time. Eimear was kindness itself, took a lot of time to ensure I was fully numbed and talked me through… everything. I left a message on the Bromley Park Dental and Implant Centre answerphone at 8am this morning asking for an emergency appointment for a painful tooth. I had been called back by 8.20am and been given… an appointment for later in the morning. The receptionist on the phone who arranged this was polite, friendly and helpful. The assessment was with Dr. Tang, who was incredibly nice, patient and… attentive and put me completely at ease.
